After that has been going on for a number of days, I am required to reactive to use the software. But I do have the option toĬontinue without it. I only use Word and Excel, and when starting one of those applications, it often pops up to say that it can't confirm my license. I have been having the exact same problem every since I signed up for Office 365 in October 2013. I no longer waste time calling, but the annoyance continues. I always end up just reactivating, and then they close the case as "resolved" if it doesn't occur again in 24 hours. Since it is an intermittent problem, I can never reproduce it when a technician is on the line, but I have called several times when the activation pops up before entering my log-in, in the hope that they can discover I have made many calls to tech support, and they never find anything So I don't believe the problem is at my end. But it has happened on three different Macs running different OS versions (10.6, 10.7, 10.8). Outlook, and I rarely use the other Office programs. I have had Office 365 for Mac almost 5 months, and I often have to reactivate it as if I were a new user - lately the activation window has been popping up every 2-3 days when I launch Word 2011. If there is a better place to post this question, will someone please tell me? Thanks! I did not find a forum option specifically for Office 365 for Mac - when I followed the Office 365 link, it seemed to be only for Windows. I no longer waste time calling, but the annoyance continues.ĭoes anyone else have this problem? If so, have you reported it?
